These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Volume Booster: Sound Booster mobile application ("App") provided by Vector Viral (SMC-Private) Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Application

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a mobile device that you own or control. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Health and Hardware Disclaimer (Important)

Volume Booster: Sound Booster is designed to amplify the audio output of your device beyond factory default limits.

• Hearing Damage: Listening to audio at high volumes for extended periods can cause permanent hearing damage. By using this App, you assume full responsibility for your hearing health.
• Hardware Damage: Playing audio at extreme volumes may damage your device's speakers or connected headphones/earbuds. You use the amplification features entirely at your own risk.

Vector Viral (SMC-Private) Limited shall not be held liable for any hearing loss, hardware damage, or other harm resulting from the use of this App.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App relies on third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, and monetization (advertising). These include Google Firebase, AdMob, Meta Audience Network, TikTok SDK, AppLovin, and Unity Ads.

By using the App, you acknowledge that these third parties may display advertisements and collect non-personally identifiable information according to their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party advertisements.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, text, and trademarks, are owned by Vector Viral (SMC-Private) Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vector Viral (SMC-Private) Limited and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
